Chris Pasquale

I help people looking to buy navigate the nuanced process of finding the right property for their needs and tastes, and I help sellers manage the emotional journey of selling a cherished home where so many great memories took place.

As a partner in the process, I look to help my clients identify and manage their needs from their wants; more often than not, we get them both. A trusted advisor who, in addition to being a market expert in Manhattan and lower Westchester, needs to be part psychologist, confidant, and educator. Most importantly, I am here to support and guide them on what can sometimes be a tedious but hopefully fun and exciting journey while facilitating the transaction through a successful close.

Originally from New Rochelle in Westchester, NY, I have lived in Manhattan for over 25 years and resided or worked in almost every neighborhood. This has allowed me to experience and understand the nuances and uniqueness each area has to offer. With a bi-county background, I can appreciate what both New York City and Westchester offer and can guide buyers looking for real estate in either area.
